Warp is a universal solution in innovative travel-tech and digital smart city fields ready for B2C, B2B, and B2G segments. Warp's product line-up consists of a travel marketplace, a solution for creating GIS (Governmental Information System) on a governmental level, digital concierge services, a content platform with AR/VR, digital twins of place/city/region/country, game mechanics (The Quest), internal currency (Warp Coin) and Metaverse (copy of the real world).

Warp will be launched in the fall of 2023 with a different set of services and features in different countries and will become a global platform in 2024. The first launch markets will be North America, Baltic Countries, Scandinavia, Georgia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia

No, we've used the founders' funds heavily to invest in the IP and other Warp assets development by this moment and now we are ready to scale up the business and thus we start to accept outer investors into the project.

Currently it is possible to invest in the platform (R&D) or you can invest in the specific digital asset that is or will be represented in Warp. Investment is possible via the US-based WARP holding (the IP holder) or a specific business unit based in the territory of your interest. The scope of investment depends on your interest starting from one virtual object and ending with a virtual country or continent. If you choose to invest in a digital asset, then you will become an owner of this asset and will be able to monetize it. Also, we are open to hearing your suggestions if you are not willing to invest with real money but have any other assets that will be interesting/useful for Warp.
